71f94c224a nixos/hardware.displaylink: add displaylink to xserver.externallyConfiguredDrivers 
Add "displaylink" to `services.xserver.externallyConfiguredDrivers`  to
let the xserver module know that said driver has already been configured
out-of-band.

11f165a094 nixos/xserver: inform xserver about externally configured drivers 
This commit adds a new (internal) option to let the xserver module know
about externally configured drivers (i.e., drivers that this module
should treat as "configured" but otherwise ignore). Without this, the
xserver module will think the driver hasn't been configured and throw an
error.

This commit also expands the documentation to explain when to choose
`drivers` versus `externallyConfiguredDrivers`.

1a44dc7cf8 nixos/jenkins: Switch from JDK21 to JDK25 
JDK 25, released in September 2025, is the recent LTS release and
received support from Jenkins 2.541. So use that by default from now on.

nixos/frigate: reduce visible process scope to cgroup 
Frigate exposes process metrics using the psutil library and previously
saw all system processes. Reducing the scope to the unit cgroup mimics
the effects upstream gets via its OCI container usage.
