Eric Biggers b261d22220 lib/crc: remove CONFIG_LIBCRC32C 
Now that LIBCRC32C does nothing besides select CRC32, make every option
that selects LIBCRC32C instead select CRC32 directly.  Then remove
LIBCRC32C.
