David Brownell a8c28f2389 [PATCH] USB: move <linux/usb_cdc.h> to <linux/usb/cdc.h> 
This moves <linux/usb_cdc.h> to <linux/usb/cdc.h> to reduce some of the
clutter of usb header files.
