Merge tag 'for-linus-7.0-rc3-tag' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/xen/tip

Pull xen fixes from Juergen Gross:

 - a cleanup of arch/x86/kernel/head_64.S removing the pre-built page
   tables for Xen guests

 - a small comment update
