Ofir Bitton ab5f5c3089 habanalabs: wait for interrupt support ... In order to support command submissions from user space, the driver need to add support for user interrupt completions. The driver will allow multiple user threads to wait for an interrupt and perform a comparison with a given user address once interrupt expires.
