32a92f8c89 Convert more 'alloc_obj' cases to default GFP_KERNEL arguments
This converts some of the visually simpler cases that have been split
over multiple lines. I only did the ones that are easy to verify the
resulting diff by having just that final GFP_KERNEL argument on the next
line.

Somebody should probably do a proper coccinelle script for this, but for
me the trivial script actually resulted in an assertion failure in the
middle of the script. I probably had made it a bit _too_ trivial.

So after fighting that far a while I decided to just do some of the
syntactically simpler cases with variations of the previous 'sed'
scripts.

The more syntactically complex multi-line cases would mostly really want
whitespace cleanup anyway.

bf4afc53b7 Convert 'alloc_obj' family to use the new default GFP_KERNEL argument
This was done entirely with mindless brute force, using

    git grep -l '\<k[vmz]*alloc_objs*(.*, GFP_KERNEL)' |
        xargs sed -i 's/\(alloc_objs*(.*\), GFP_KERNEL)/\1)/'

to convert the new alloc_obj() users that had a simple GFP_KERNEL
argument to just drop that argument.

Note that due to the extreme simplicity of the scripting, any slightly
more complex cases spread over multiple lines would not be triggered:
they definitely exist, but this covers the vast bulk of the cases, and
the resulting diff is also then easier to check automatically.

For the same reason the 'flex' versions will be done as a separate
conversion.

69050f8d6d treewide: Replace kmalloc with kmalloc_obj for non-scalar types
This is the result of running the Coccinelle script from
scripts/coccinelle/api/kmalloc_objs.cocci. The script is designed to
avoid scalar types (which need careful case-by-case checking), and
instead replace kmalloc-family calls that allocate struct or union
object instances:

Single allocations:	kmalloc(sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_obj(TYPE, ...)

Array allocations:	kmalloc_array(COUNT, sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_objs(TYPE, COUNT, ...)

Flex array allocations:	kmalloc(struct_size(PTR, FAM, COUNT), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_flex(*PTR, FAM, COUNT, ...)

(where TYPE may also be *VAR)

The resulting allocations no longer return "void *", instead returning
"TYPE *".

The CSUS clock is a clock gate for the output clock signal primarily
sourced from the VI_SENSOR clock. This clock signal is used as an input
MCLK clock for cameras.

Unlike later Tegra SoCs, the Tegra 20 can change its CSUS parent, which is
why csus_mux is added in a similar way to how CDEV1 and CDEV2 are handled.

1acce02756 clk: tegra: Adjust callbacks in tegra_clock_pm
System suspend and resume callbacks run after the core has bumped
up the runtime PM usage counters of all devices, so these callbacks
need not worry about runtime PM reference counting.

Accordingly, to eliminate useless overhead related to runtime PM
usage counter manipulation, set the suspend callback pointer in
tegra_clock_pm to a wrapper around pm_runtime_resume() called
tegra_clock_suspend() and do not set the resume callback in it at all.

This will also facilitate a planned change of the pm_runtime_put()

a97fbc3ee3 syscore: Pass context data to callbacks

a96cbb146a clk: Explicitly include correct DT includes
The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

f679e89acd clk: tegra: Avoid calling an uninitialized function
Commit 493ffb046c ("clk: tegra: super: Switch to determine_rate")
replaced clk_super_round_rate() by clk_super_determine_rate(), but
didn't update one callsite that was explicitly calling the old
tegra_clk_super_ops.round_rate() function, which was now NULL. This
resulted in a crash on Tegra30 systems during early boot.

Switch this callsite over to the clk_super_determine_rate() equivalent
to avoid the crash.

493ffb046c clk: tegra: super: Switch to determine_rate
The Tegra super clocks implements a mux with a set_parent hook, but
doesn't provide a determine_rate implementation.

This is a bit odd, since set_parent() is there to, as its name implies,
change the parent of a clock. However, the most likely candidate to
trigger that parent change is a call to clk_set_rate(), with
determine_rate() figuring out which parent is the best suited for a
given rate.

The other trigger would be a call to clk_set_parent(), but it's far less
used, and it doesn't look like there's any obvious user for that clock.

So, the set_parent hook is effectively unused, possibly because of an
oversight. However, it could also be an explicit decision by the
original author to avoid any reparenting but through an explicit call to
clk_set_parent().

The driver does implement round_rate() though, which means that we can
change the rate of the clock, but we will never get to change the
parent.

However, It's hard to tell whether it's been done on purpose or not.

Since we'll start mandating a determine_rate() implementation, let's
convert the round_rate() implementation to a determine_rate(), which
will also make the current behavior explicit. And if it was an
oversight, the clock behaviour can be adjusted later on.

This is a bit odd, since set_parent() is there to, as its name implies,

However, the upstream device trees seem to use assigned-clock-parents on
that clock to force the parent at boot time, so it's likely that the
author intent was to force the parent through the device tree and
prevent any reparenting but through an explicit call to
clk_set_parent().

This case would be equivalent to setting the determine_rate
implementation to clk_hw_determine_rate_no_reparent(). Indeed, if no
determine_rate implementation is provided, clk_round_rate() (through
clk_core_round_rate_nolock()) will call itself on the parent if

otherwise.

3fd43a2c3a clk: tegra: Convert to platform remove callback returning void
The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes
many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by
returning an error code. However the value returned is (mostly) ignored
and this typically results in resource leaks. To improve here there is a
quest to make the remove callback return void. In the first step of this
quest all drivers are converted to .remove_new() which already returns
void.

Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove
callback to the void returning variant.

c73e435e9b clk: tegra: Don't warn three times about failure to unregister
tegra124_dfll_fcpu_remove() calls tegra_dfll_unregister() and the former
emits an error message if the latter fails. In that case
tegra_dfll_unregister() already printed an error message. Additionally
tegra124_dfll_fcpu_remove() returns an error code which results in yet
another warning emitted by platform_remove().

So drop the error message from tegra124_dfll_fcpu_remove() and let it
return 0. (Retuning 0 has no side effect but suppressing the error
message in platform_remove().)

Also add two comments about exiting early being wrong. This is something
that needs fixing separately.

c461c677a8 clk: tegra: Fix Tegra PWM parent clock
Commit 8c193f4714 ("pwm: tegra: Optimize period calculation") updated
the period calculation in the Tegra PWM driver and now returns an error
if the period requested is less than minimum period supported. This is
breaking PWM support on various Tegra platforms. For example, on the
Tegra210 Jetson Nano platform this is breaking the PWM fan support and
probing the PWM fan driver now fails ...

 pwm-fan pwm-fan: Failed to configure PWM: -22
pwm-fan: probe of pwm-fan failed with error -22

The problem is that the default parent clock for the PWM on Tegra210 is
a 32kHz clock and is unable to support the requested PWM period.

Fix PWM support on Tegra20, Tegra30, Tegra114, Tegra124 and Tegra210 by
updating the parent clock for the PWM to be the PLL_P.

4e343bafe0 clk: tegra20: Fix refcount leak in tegra20_clock_init
of_find_matching_node() returns a node pointer with refcount
incremented, we should use of_node_put() on it when not need anymore.
Add missing of_node_put() to avoid refcount leak.
