hwmon: (pmbus/lm25066) Use PMBUS_REGULATOR_ONE to declare regulator

If a chip only provides a single regulator, it should be named 'vout'
and not 'vout0'. Declare regulator using PMBUS_REGULATOR_ONE() to make
that happen.
