rust: kunit: fix warning when !CONFIG_PRINTK

If `CONFIG_PRINTK` is not set, then the following warnings are issued
during build:

  warning: unused variable: `args`

Fix this by adding a no-op assignment using `args` when `CONFIG_PRINTK`
is not set.
