samples: rust: debugfs: Update ARef imports to use sync::aref

Update call sites in `rust_debugfs.rs` to import `ARef`
from `sync::aref` instead of `types`.

This aligns with the ongoing effort to move `ARef` and
`AlwaysRefCounted` to sync.
